Who we are
Creator Return is a sole proprietorship run by Hidde. Registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) is in progress. Contact: hidde@creatorreturn.com. We are the controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect and why
- Business contact details (name, work email, company, role), taken from public sources such as your company website, the App Store or LinkedIn. We use them to contact you once about our audit, with one follow-up. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) in offering a relevant service to businesses.
- Emails you send us, to answer you and to deliver the audit. Legal basis: steps before or under a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
- The files you send for an audit: daily trial totals and a list of creator videos (creator handle, date, views, cost). These are business figures, not data about your users. We use them only to make your report.
How long we keep it
- Audit files: files sent through our upload page are stored at Cloudflare in the EU and deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Copies we make to run your audit are deleted 30 days after we deliver your report.
- Contact details of people who did not reply or said no: deleted after 12 months. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we can respect that.
- Invoices: kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services we use to run the business: Google (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding) and our payment provider. Some of them may process data outside the EU under the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to being contacted, or ask us to restrict its use. Email hidde@creatorreturn.com and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

This website uses no tracking cookies and loads no third-party fonts or analytics.
